I thought the site was simple to use. Nothing really complicated or anything like that, so getting through it was easy enough.

I tried this out with my solar panels last weekend, it worked well when the sun was strong. Charging stayed steady in full sun, though of course it slowed down as soon as the clouds rolled in, which was kind of frustrating but not exactly surprising. My main gripe is the cable length. Like, why make it so short? It just makes setup more annoying than it needs to be. Overall I’m happy with it, but the cable definitely could be better

I ordered from Fossibot and wasn’t happy with how it arrived. I still had the order email and receipt handy, so I double-checked everything, but the issue was really the packaging. The box was dented, there was barely any padding inside, and it looked like the items had been knocked around during shipping. For something being shipped that far, I expected a lot better.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, mostly to run my mini fridge and a couple of tools when I’m working in the garage. From the first day, the power output has stayed steady and I haven’t noticed it jumping around much. The only thing I picked up on after running it under heavier load for a while is that the fan does get a bit loud. Not a dealbreaker for me, though. Overall, it’s handled what I needed it to do.

I bought this because it was supposed to be easy to take around, but it feels like someone was being a little generous with the word “portable.” Just getting it from the car to the house is already more effort than I expected.
The handles are there, sure, but they don’t really solve the problem, and it takes up way too much space when packing for a trip. It might work fine otherwise, but if portability is the main selling point, I don’t think it really delivers.

I picked up the Fossibot mostly to have as a backup power option, the noise level surprised me a bit. Is it totally silent?? No. But is it annoying?? Not really. You can hear the fan when it kicks on, especially if there’s a heavier load, but for regular use it’s easy to ignore. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish it was just a little quieter, but overall it’s been solid.

I emailed fossibot.com a few times and, i barely got anything useful back for days. It kind of felt like nobody was even checking the messages, which was just really frustrating. I mean, I only needed some simple help, you know? But the whole thing ended up being annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

It wasn’t an instant fix or anything, it took a few days of back and forth to get everything sorted, but they were helpful and eventually sent over what I needed to fix it. The timing could’ve been a little better, but they did what they were supposed to do, so I’d say it was a fair experience overall.

I bought a power station from fossibot.com and the battery capacity seems close to what they claim, it’s not exactly perfect or anything but in real use it’s been good enough for what I need and I haven’t had any major complaints so far.
